The Campground

Riverwood downs is a fully operational holiday resort, with motel style rooms, bunk houses and cabins, so on site there is a kiosk, restaurant, power, fresh water, and a games room.

Within the camping area, there are a couple of potable water taps scattered around. Bins and Recycling Bins are also spread regularly around all of the campsites, as are porta-loos.

Hot showers (free to use) are available, as are flush toilets in the bunk house building and main building.

Camping Style and Cost

Car camping on flat or slightly sloping well maintained lawn. Camping trailers and caravans can also be used. Camping fees are $12 per Adult per night, $8 per Child per night and $4 per Pet per day - most of the year. Prices spike for major holiday periods.
